How to Download

  1. Download the “IMAGE Events” App from the Apple App Store or Google Play
  2. Enter your email address used when registering for the event
  3. Enter your Customer ID as the password


Note: Your Customer ID can be found under the bar code on your original registration confirmation email or on your printed attendee badge.

Make Your Voice Count

Use the IMAGE Events App to help select the top presentations from IMAGE 2025

  1. Launch the IMAGE Events App and login in
  2. Click the Technical Presentation button
  3. Select your technical session
  4. Choose the presentation you want to vote on
  5. Select the Rate Presentation button to begin
  6. Once finished click submit

Who Do You Want to Meet at IMAGE 2025?

Login and Connect! — Use the IMAGE Events app to complete your digital profile for interactive networking with other attendees. By doing so it allows others to find you and it makes connecting with them easier.

Request in app friends:
  • Click Attendees button
  • Select the Person you want to connect with
  • Click the Request Friend Button
  • Click Star icon to add friends to your favorites
Use the Friends Button to:
  • Select the Friends you want to interact with
  • Send in app messages
  • Add important notes
  • Share your schedule and view your Friend’s Schedule
  • Add friends to your personal address book
  • Click on the Handshake icon to Request a Face-to-Face Meeting

Where's My Login Information?

Log into the app with your email address used when registering for the event and your customer ID as the password.
