The IMAGE team is committed to creating an experience that’s not just professionally rewarding, but truly unforgettable. By making thoughtful accommodations and removing hindrances for those with physical challenges, we strive to include more voices to share in our pursuit of advancing geoscience.

The George R. Brown Convention Center is fully ADA compliant and features many amenities to accommodate the needs of our attendees with physical limitations. Accessible Seating

Seating at the venue is arranged to accommodate access for wheelchairs and walkers. If you would like an aisle seating space reserved to ensure access, please email accessibility@imageevent.org to make arrangements.

Accessible Parking/Drop Off and Entrances

Clearly marked parking spaces for those with mobility issues are located close to the event venue entrances. Ramps are located at main entrances for easy access for wheelchairs and walkers.

Elevators and Escalators

Elevators are wheelchair accessibility with braille signage. Escalators are also available for those with limited mobility.

Restroom Facilities

Restrooms are equipped with grab bars, sufficient space for maneuverability, and braille signage for individuals with visual impairments.

Service Animals

Certified service animals (or service animals in-training) accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness.
