Andrew Govert is the Project Manager for the Department of Energy’s Undocumented Orphaned Wells Program. Previously he spent thirteen years in the oil and gas industry as an exploration and operations geologist at Cimarex and Shell. He holds a master’s degree in Geology and a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
