Bridget Silva is a seasoned leader with over twenty years of experience in energy technology commercialization and has led innovation agendas across the power sector, oil and gas, and geothermal. She draws her experience from her tenure at tech giants like Hewlett Packard and Lockheed Martin to her pivotal roles at geothermal startups such as Criterion Energy Partners and Baseload Capital. She currently serves as Chief Business Development Officer at Geothermal Holdings, a global leader in geothermal exploration and development. Bridget's commitment extends beyond her corporate endeavors; she actively contributes to Geothermal Rising, serving as the Chair for the Geothermal Rising Conference 2023 Plenary Committee and founding Champion of the Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma Regional Interest Group. She also advocates for sustainable energy policies through her involvement with the Geothermal Rising Policy Committee and the Texas Geothermal Energy Alliance. Bridget holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Banking from Texas A&M University.
