Dr. Hilary P. Emerson received a PhD in Environmental Engineering and Earth Science from Clemson University in 2014 and has experience in subsurface fate and remediation of radionuclides, including development of monitoring technologies. She enjoys working on systems spanning from laboratory to field scale. Since joining PNNL in 2019, her work has focused primarily on development of new remediation technologies for radionuclides and development of spectral induced polarization as a tool for monitoring delivery and reactivity of amendments for remediation.
