Ileana Feber is CEO of Colibri Business Development LLC, a consulting firm focused on helping public and private sector energy entities find solutions to ensure their projects maximize local economic development. Ileana had a 24-year career with ExxonMobil before going independent as a consultant. She is a Local Content Subject Matter Expert (SME) who provides advice on policy and strategy. Ileana has a BA in Languages from Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas, Venezuela), an MBA in International Development from Thunderbird School of Global Management (Arizona, USA), and holds certifications in Leading Economic Growth (LEG) and Implementing Public Policy (IPP) from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
