Kimbra Davis
Kimbra Davis serves as the first Director of the newly established Orphaned Wells Program Office (OWPO) that ensures effective, accountable, and efficient implementation of the $4.7 billion investment authorized under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to plug orphan wells and remediate and restore the orphan well sites.
Davis previously served as Director of the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) where she held responsibility for collection of approximately $10 billion dollars per year in oil, gas, and mineral revenues disbursed to approximately 35 States, 38 Indian tribes, 30,000 individual Indian mineral owners and various funds within the U.S. Treasury.
