Lillian is a R&D Program Manager and is Head of Software Development for 5 product teams for GeoSoftware focused on tailoring solutions to quantify reserves for energy clients. She serves as Head of Geomatics for OSDU.

With over 30 years of experience, Lillian has worked with large, integrated and mid-size energy companies in utility and oil and gas. She joined GeoSoftware as a subject matter expert in 2012 and was named Product Development Manager for Velocity Modeling in 2014 and assumed her current role as R&D Program Manager in 2015.

She is Co-Chair of the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee for the Society of Exploration Geophysics (SEG).

Lillian earned a Masters in Geophysical Sciences from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelors in Mathematics from Spelman College.
