Exhibitor Registration

All primary contacts listed on the Space Agreement will receive an email from customerservice@tpni.com that including the following details and information:


  • Total number of complimentary registrations for the conference
  • A direct link with access to the Exhibitor Portal to register exhibit staff and employees
  • Login credentials to access the exhibitor portal


Within the Exhibitor Portal, exhibitors are able to access the account, add registrations, change names or information and print out an up-to-date list of exhibitor personnel registered.


Login credentials are emailed from customerservice@tpni.com, please add this email to your address book to reduce the chances of the email being caught by spam or junk filters.

If your organization is planning to have more than 10 people attend IMAGE that will need Full Convention Registrations, please consider Corporate Group Registration

Exhibitor Move-in Dates/times:

  • Friday August 23 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm* *Exhibitors 600 sq. ft. or more only
  • Saturday August 24 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Sunday August 25 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Monday August 26 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

 All booths must be completely setup by 2:00 pm

Show Open Dates/times:

  • Monday August 26 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
  • Tuesday August 27 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday August 28 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Thursday August 29 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Exhibitor Move-out Dates/times:

  • Thursday August 29 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Friday August 30 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
