The SEG/Chevron Student Leadership Symposium (SLS) is a program that focuses on developing leadership, teamwork, and communication skills for 50 student participants who are all active officers of their SEG Student Chapters.

Activities include participating in leadership coaching sessions with Chevron staff, panel discussions, and real-world problem-solving exercises, in addition to collaborating with other chapters, sharing cultural experiences, and attending the IMAGE convention.
