Blair Chan is a Geological Advisor at Archaea Energy in their Carbon Capture Utilization and Sequestration Group. She manages and develops carbon sequestration projects for Archaea’s Renewable Natural Gas processing facilities to achieve carbon neutral to carbon negative natural gas production. Prior to her current position, she worked at ConocoPhillips in conventional and unconventional petroleum exploration projects in basins across the US Lower 48, South America, and North Africa. Blair received he Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from Stanford University focusing on deep-water sedimentation processes and basin and petroleum system modeling. She earned her B.A. with High Honors from Dartmouth College in Environmental Earth Sciences.
