Cindy retired as SVP, bp America in 2021 & joined the boards of Denbury & CHF. She serves as speaker, author, moderator & instructor. Cindy chaired the work team of the NPC CCUS study, is co-instructor for UH CCUS course & co-edited “Deepwater Sedimentary Systems.” She was chair of OTC, director of BPX&P, bp America, GHP & bp’s Princeton Sponsor. She has a MSc in Geology (UNC) & a BS in Geology (SMU).

Recognitions include “Women in Energy Leadership” (HBJ), Houston’s Top 15 Businesswomen (NDC), “50 Most Influential Women” (Houston Woman) & is one of Hart’s “25 Influential Women in Energy.” Cindy served twice as an AAPG Distinguished Lecturer & was named an AAPG “Legend in Exploration.”
