Cully Cavness
Cully is the co-founder, president, chief operating officer and member of the board of directors at Crusoe Energy Systems, an energy technology company that captures stranded energy to power modular datacenters and improves the environmental performance of both the energy and technology industries. The company has become one of the largest privately held cryptocurrency mining businesses in North America and operates a cloud computing platform with industry-leading climate and cost performance. Cully's leadership experience at Crusoe has included building a high functioning team of more than 130 professionals encompassing engineering, technology, business development, finance, law, operations and administration. As a co-founder, Cully has also held key roles in more than $250 million of fundraising with venture, project and credit capital investors.

Prior to launching Crusoe, Cully's background focused around energy technology and resource development as well as investment banking. Cully holds a bachelors degree in geology from Middlebury College, an MBA from the University of Oxford, and was a 2010 Watson Fellow in the subject of clean technology, policy and economics.
