Isaac J. Crumbly
Dr. Isaac J. Crumbly, Associate Vice President for Careers and Collaborative Programs, is the Founder/Director of the Cooperative Developmental Energy Program (CDEP) at Fort Valley State University. CDEP is a pre-collegiate/collegiate STEM workforce pipeline program that targets underrepresented minorities and women to pursue careers in energy. Dr. Crumbly has received awards from SEG, GSA, and AAPG as well as recognition from Presidents Reagan and Obama for excellence in STEM mentoring. He has established partnerships with entities that share his vision for DEI initiatives and collectively, CDEP and its partners have yielded numerous STEM professionals - including 51 minority geoscientists.
