Ivan is a Partner & Director in BCG’s Houston office and Energy Practice, where he is the global leader for Subsurface & Applied Earth Science. He began his career as a deep-water exploration and development geoscientist with ExxonMobil, and first joined BCG in 2006. He later served as a vice president with Schlumberger prior to returning to BCG in his current role, in which he serves operators, technology & service companies and private equity firms across the evolving energy value chain including upstream oil & gas and next-generation geothermal.
