Jared Ciferno is a program manager within the Methane Mitigation Technologies division of the U.S. DOE Fossil Energy Carbon Management Office. In this capacity, Mr. Ciferno manages an R&D portfolio focused on developing accurate, cost effective an efficient technology solutions and best practices to identify, measure, monitor, and eliminate methane emissions across the natural gas value chain—production through utilization. Mr. Ciferno holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
