Dr. Keyu Liu is a professor at China University of Petroleum, Qingdao and academic chair of the School of Geosciences. He received his PhD from the Australian National University in 1993. Keyu worked in the Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development, PetroChina between 2010 and 2015 and various institutes in Australia for 20 years including CSIRO (1993-96, 1998-2014). His research interests include reservoir characterization, stratigraphic modelling and petroleum system analysis and CCUS. Keyu has co-authored over 150 SCI-indexed journal papers and 4 books. He is an associate editor of Journal of Asian Earth Sciences and an active member of AAPG, SPE, AGU and IAS.
