Prior to joining Getech, Max worked for Shell in a range of senior leadership roles across a 25-year career. Most recently, Max was Leader of Energy Transition for Global Exploration and Vice President of Exploration for Europe-Russia-Caspian. In these roles, he was responsible for a more than 100-member organisation, developing growth opportunities in hydrocarbons, carbon capture utilisation and storage (CCUS), geothermal, and strategic minerals.
