He is a firebrand advocate for Africa investment in the Energy sector and is well respected throughout Africa for truthfulness and his ability to find win-win solutions. Mr. Ayuk is the founder and former chief executive officer of the Centurion Law Group, a Pan-African law firm that operates in the energy, financial, and extractive sectors. Over only ten years, he built Centurion to be a highly regarded law firm, considered expert in the negotiations of exploration and production licenses and agreements between industry and government agencies throughout Africa, as well as in providing expert understanding and advice to the Energy Industry of the regulations within each Africa member country.
