Nysha Chaderton
Nysha Chaderton was awarded her BSc Geology in 2001 by The University of The West Indies, Jamaica, and subsequently worked as a Geologist for the Government of Barbados.
In 2003 she began her studies at The University of Texas at Austin and was later awarded degrees in Geosciences MS (2005), PhD (2009).
Nysha joined ExxonMobil in 2008 is currently an Upstream Portfolio Advisor. Over the last 15 years she has held various individual contributor and leadership roles across the Upstream, including: Supervisor (Guyana Geoscience, Stratigraphy) Commercial Advisor (Americas Exploration), and Geoscientist (Angola, Gulf of Mexico, California).
