Sandeep is currently the Chief Geophysicist for Petronas with 38 years of experience in various technical & leadership roles. His key contributions include championing new geophysical technologies to address various exploration & development-related challenges. He gave a new impetus to the capability development initiative for young talents in PETRONAS through a world-class, “Geoscience Capability Development Programme. He is a member of the IPTC board & SEG, EAGE, ASEG, SPG India & BoG, Malaysia, an SEG board nominee & an honorary Lecturer ¤ntly cochair of its APAC Advisory Committee. He is the recipient of the prestigious National Petroleum Management Award in India.
